BODY POSTURE, ENERGY AND INTENTION ARE CHARACTERISTICS USED BY HORSES, WHICH HUMAN BEINGS ARE NOT USUALLY AWARE OF, BUT WE CAN LEARN TO DEVELOP WITH PRACTICE.
Lack of body awareness can lead to miscommunication and frustration between the rider and the horse If we honor equine biomechanics, this will allow us to apply a correct and healthy riding.
We show basic concepts about horse handling being able to apply them to all equestrian activity.
When we create a connection with the horse through its language we generate a deeper bond which will help us with any activity we practice.
Enhancing intuition and sensitivity involves leaving aside the control power of our minds, allowing us to apply these natural abilities to ride horses and also to our personal life.
